AIRBNB CO-HOSTING & RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS + 24/7 GUEST INQUIRY RESPONSE

Let us be your dedicated local host who will quickly respond to all booking inquiries, new reservations, and guest requests to ensure all guests are verified and comply with your rental reservation requirements and regulations. We work 24 hours a day, every day, to ensure each and every guest inquiry receives a response within minutes in order to maximize your booking conversions, increase your overall occupancy and revenue, and streamline the booking experience for your guests. 
These services include

  • Take photos of your cottage and property & write content for your ad
  • Help you write a rental booklet to give to your renters
  • Manage your online booking service including Airbnb
  • Assisting with screening your renters prior to rental
  • Full cottage watch and care
  • Cleaning services & lawn care 
  • Manage contractors (extra fee)

 Cost for the full service: 25% of the rental rate.

Renting your cottage can be a daunting task. Having someone local available 24/7 helps to make sure the process goes smoothly. We will be on hand to answer calls from your renters and offer local support for any issues that might arise. 

One of the biggest issues facing cottage owners is making sure your local bylaws are being followed by your renters, and ensuring your renters are respecting your cottage, your neighbours and our environment. Being proactive and supplying your renters with the information is important. 

 The cost for the cottage care & watch : 10% of the booking

BPCR handles every aspect of my property rental: Advertising and finding renters, vetting the renters, providing rental agreements, making sure there are no problems during the rental period, and making sure the property is clean and well maintained between rentals.

BPCR makes the entire process seamless for me. Additionally, BPCR has provided handyman services, sometimes in an emergency situation. This makes me very comfortable which is important to me because I do not live close to the property and would be unable to handle such situations myself.
